Eh, I make too many tutorials, don't I? I just like sharing the methods that I discover for some reason. Yea, I did the first squiggly one pixel at a time... and then suddenly the idea to use the stripes came to me. And whenever I find something that makes things quicker or easier, I shouldn't keep it to myself, yea?

You'll see what I used this pixeled wood for pretty soon.

Great tutorial, but I thought that pixel art only allows for the pencil tool, eraser & fill tool?

Well after doing just one pixel by pixel I was already thinking... "there has GOT to be a better way to do this!"
